HOTEL PROJECT

(bookkeeping, auditing, controlling, administration)

If you have the following qualifications and/or experience you might be the right candidate for  us:

• Motivated and keen to learn person
• University or higher education degree from the field of economics, accounting, auditing, management, or previous working experience in the field finance operations in the hospitality sector regardless of the formal education
• Ability to work and comprehend at least on the medium English language level
• Previous experience in field of bookkeeping or auditing (minimum 1-2 years) can be an advantage
• Good computer skills, ability to correspond with the relevant sotiware programs

Your primary tasks will be:

• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, general finance, and bookkeeping
• Connecting, understanding, and controlling the relevant changes with the external bookkeeping, monitoring the procedures, VAT, taxes, bank statements, implementing finance instructions into relevant day to day operations and similar, supporting the auditing process, administration, contracts understanding, communication with the service providers
• Support to various company departments in terms of documentation, meetings, administration, etc.
