Finance Planning Analyst
Position summary & key areas of responsibility:
The successful candidate will be involved in the financial accounting, reporting and analysis required to effectively and proactively support the Europe Consumables (IPS) business. This role will be expected to provide accounting and reporting support to the Consumables (IPS) Europe CFO, as well as the Planning Analysts based in UK and France.
Specific responsibilities and activities will include:
- Timely and accurate financial reporting, including customer revenue & std margin per top accounts for non-Plant countries
- OCOR accruals management (including booking of freight, warehousing, accruals) for non-Plant countries
- Developing, updating and distributing specific dashboards for Consumables (IPS) management (including KPI’s, freight metrics, specific customers rebates, PPV analysis on TTR products, etc.)
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to learn/work independently
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
