Finance Specialist (Internal Accounting & Controlling)
- Manage internal financial processes – issuing and tracking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare documentation for the external accounting provider and maintain regular communication with them
- Review booked documents to ensure consistency with internal records
- Handle payments, record transactions, and reconcile invoices
- Monitor and manage company cash flow – planning payments, tracking inflows and outflows, and maintaining liquidity forecasts
- Support monthly closings and prepare documentation for audits and tax filings
- Perform basic financial and business controlling – monitoring of costs, revenues, and margins
- Prepare regular financial reports for company management
Requirements
- Secondary or university education in economics, accounting, or finance
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration
- Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and understanding of tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and common financial tools
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) – ability to communicate with international partners or suppliers
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Advantage: experience in a trading company or in cooperation with an external accounting provider
