following position:

Financial Controller

Belgrade

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide clear insights into the company’s performance. You will be responsible for overseeing financial controls, analyzing financial data, and supporting informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of regular and ad‑hoc reports for management
• Consolidating financials from international subsidiaries
• Participation in budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
• Credit control of customers
• Assisting in the preparation of weekly cash flow files
• Enhancing internal reporting tools and processes
• Monitoring costs and key financial KPIs
• Working with ERP data & accounting teams
• Supporting external audits and transfer pricing
• Support to local and external accounting partners across multiple countries

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or audit
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Solid analytical thinking and strong Excel skills
• Interest or experience in working in international environments
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Basic ERP knowledge
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Good interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach
