Financial Controller

Main tasks:

• Managing and overseeing overall financial and accounting operations
• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Coordinating with the external accountant, the Serbian Tax Administration and other local authorities
• Monitoring, recording, and controlling inventory/stock
• Calculating and reviewing the costs of products/product groups, and providing recommendations to management
• Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow (in an advisory role to management)
• Overseeing payroll accounting, including salaries, taxes, and mandatory social security contributions
• Managing outgoing invoicing, payments, and inventory control
• Reviewing incoming invoices (ensuring they are in accordance with agreements)
• Requesting quotations, comparing them, and presenting recommendations to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling and management reporting
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English

Overall, you will be responsible for all company expenditures, ensuring they are properly controlled and reporting on them to management.
