Financial controller
(Location: BIGZ Business Centre // Vinča)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze costs and revenues and compare them with the approved budget
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for local and Group management
• Evaluate proposals for new and existing projects
• Collaborate with project managers in creating monthly and annual project budgets
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Analyze budget performance, prepare management reports, and identify potential risks to KPI achievement
• Coordinate intercompany transactions (cost allocations, calculations, invoice checks, financial and accounting statements) within the company and related entities in Serbia
• Provide full support in preparing annual statutory reports in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards
• Enter financial data into the Group reporting platform
• Participate in preparing the annual budget and multi-year plans according to Group guidelines
• Monitor cash flow performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports on actual and forecasted liquidity
• Coordinate with all organizational units to ensure accurate cost tracking and maximize profitability
• Track market trends affecting resource costs
• Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for savings and develop/implement proactive solutions
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or a related field (Level VI-2 / VII-1)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting regulations
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel
• English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
