About the role
We are looking for a Finance & Controlling professional who will take ownership of daily financial operations, reporting, and support management with financial insights.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including reconciliations and transaction tracking
- Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Work closely with external accountants and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Monitor discrepancies and resolve financial inconsistencies
- Communicate with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting / finance / controlling
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
