Position Summary
The Financial Director provides strategic leadership for all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives. Key responsibilities include fi-nancial planning and analysis (FP&A), risk management, and regulatory compliance. Thisrole is critical for driving profitability, managing cash flow, and providing the financial intel.ligence necessary to guide the company's growth and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning:
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall businessobjectives.
Lead long-term budgetary planning, cost management, and capital allocation strategies.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis, projections, andmarket trends.

Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee corporate accounting, including internal controls, and the preparation of all finan-cial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and regulatoryrequirements.
Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financing strategies
Direct the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors

Operational Finance & Cost Control:
Implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and im-prove operational efficiency.
Analyze and control costs across the supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics, with a deepunderstanding of cost drivers in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Drive profitability through margin analysis and pricing strategies.

Treasury, Tax & Risk Management:
Manage corporate treasury, including banking relationships, debt financing, and investment.
activities.
Oversee global tax planning and compliance.
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, including currency, commodity priceand supply chain risks.

Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global finance team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth withinthe finance department.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 yearsin an executive finance role (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director) at a large, multinationacorporation.
Proven track record in strategic financial planning, M&A, and capital markets within a com-plex, global industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strongly Preferred: Direct and substantial working experience within one of the world's topsix international tire manufacturers (Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental, Sumi.tomo, Pirelli).

Education & Certifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting. A Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
A professional accounting certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA(Chartered Financial Analyst) is highly desirable.
