Financial IT Projects Specialist

As part of our team, you will play a key role in the implementation and stabilization of the new project globally. You’ll contribute to shaping the e-invoicing process for all Kuehne+Nagel countries, making a real impact on a worldwide scale. Start as a Junior Specialist and progress quickly to a Senior Specialist role, taking on more complex tasks and deeper involvement in projects. Work closely with experienced team members who will support your development every step of the way.
- Create mappings for incoming documents (invoices, credit notes) from xml, csv, x12, etc. to the desired UBL format
- Document all mappings and attach them to the respective JIRA ticket
- Testing the mappings in test environment and deploying them in production if everything is correct
- Send documents for processing on a daily basis
- Check sent documents and correct errors that occur in process of mapping and/or data extraction
- Monitor processed documents and check them in local accounting system
- Support implementation and stabilization of the Seeburger project globally
- Update and maintain the global documentation about the project
- Communicate on a daily level with KN countries globally
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of a programming language (preferably JavaScript)
- Experience with different file formats (XML, JSON, UBL)
- Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset
- High level of organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of motivation and discipline
- Interest in digitalization and Financial IT
- Willingness to work in a global environment and support countries worldwide
