Fit-Out Engineer

The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for overseeing the execution of interior fit-out works, ensuring that all project requirements, specifications, and timelines are met. The role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts for fit-out works
• Develop and implement schedules for interior works, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to confirm design requirements and materials
• Oversee on-site installation, construction, and finishing works
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure cost control and efficiency by monitoring budgets and expenses
• Manage change requests and communicate their implications effectively to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and material inventories

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is required
