We are hiring an experienced Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Niš.

You will support our US trucking operations by organizing truck and trailer repairs, communicating with drivers and repair shops, and making sure our fleet stays on the road with minimal downtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate truck and trailer maintenance
• Handle breakdown situations and communicate with drivers
• Contact repair shops across the US and negotiate repairs
• Follow up on repair status and control maintenance costs
• Keep accurate maintenance records
• Work closely with other departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in US trucking maintenance (required)
• Good English (spoken and written)
