Fleet Manager

We are looking for expanding our international presence in Serbia. We are seeking for a highly organized and culturally adaptable person to oversee the operational backbone of our delivery logistics.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our employees, accommodation facilities and infrastructure ensuring that both our international workforce and our physical assets are functioning at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workforce & Integration Management

• International Team Oversight: Manage and support delivery employees recruited from third countries, including India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. 
• Resource Facilitation: Coordinate all essential living requirements for staff. Coordinate logistics with partners like local telecoms, internet providers, delivery partners, landlords, etc
• Team management: Assist in the formal documentation process, including passport verification and employee record-keeping. Manage employee performance and control

2. Logistics & Asset Management

• Equipment Procurement: Arrange the logistics for the delivery and distribution of equipment, including e-bikes, gasoline scooters, and safety gear. 
• Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the inventory and movement of spare parts and tools to ensure zero downtime for the fleet. 
• Maintenance Infrastructure: Establish and manage a dedicated service point (workshop) for the routine maintenance and repair of bikes and scooters.

3. Partner & Strategic Communication

• Platform Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic delivery partners such as Glovo and Wolt. 
• Compliance: Ensure all operational activities align with partner requirements and local regulations in active market.

Qualifications & Skills

• People Management: Experience in leading relatively large teams.
• Multicultural Competence: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and navigate the unique challenges of international employee integration.
• Logistical Expertise: Experience in fleet maintenance, workshop management, or supply chain logistics. 
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage contracts with landlords, telecom providers, and equipment suppliers effectively. 
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English and Serbian; knowledge of local languages in the Balkans or Hindi/Punjabi is a significant advantage.
