Fleet Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Specialist who will coordinate fleet-related processes and ensure that all company vehicles are fully compliant, technically sound, and ready for safe use.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring technical, legal, and procedural compliance of company vehicles
• Coordinating vehicle allocation and return processes, and maintaining fleet records
• Managing vehicle registration and related documentation
• Organizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinating seasonal tire changes and monitoring tire inventory
• Supporting employees in case of traffic accidents and coordinating insurance claims
• Handling communication related to traffic violations, parking fines, and legal procedures
• Monitoring GPS device functionality and pool vehicle usage
• Tracking regulatory changes and suggesting process improvements
• Educating employees on proper vehicle use and traffic safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• High/Higher School diploma (traffic, mechanical or technical)
• English language proficiency
• MS Office proficiency
• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
• Driver’s licence (B)
