Your Day at Hansgrohe:

A typical day means analyzing production processes, finding smart technical solutions, optimizing casting parameters, and working closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production.

Your Main Tasks: 

• Responsible for the development, testing and optimization of the casting process (such as sand casting, etc...)
• Responsible for design and tracking of the new production technique or new products and guarantee the completeness
• Responsible for question analysis and solving in terms of the production site and production technique
• Implementation of continuous improvement for increasing the production efficiency and decreasing the cost
• Owner of Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis document
• Responsible for planning the process flow, layout and workers
• Update the process chart, layout and SOP
• Ability of engineering calculation (Capacity planning, production cost), plan for the production lines
• Responsible for production machines, fixtures, tools, other production related equipment and proposal of the suppliers
• Responsible for reconstructing of the machines and layout, coordinate project team members and guarantee the project forward
• Support for quality improvement measures
• Technical co-operation in CIP measures

What you bring:

• University degree, mechanical, metallurgical, chemical or electrical engineering related background
• Experience in base manufacturing related works
• Ability to analyze and solve production problems independently
• Experience in metal material production, such as polishing, casting, plating, etc.
• Fluent in English
