Free Trade Zone Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Free trade zone management and customs-related topics of import/export-related projects.
• Incharge of documentation including commercial invoices, international bills of lading, and shipping documents
• Responsible for compliance with customs and Free trade zone laws and regulations,
• Coordinate with inter-company departments and external stakeholders in order to sustain and improve FTZ process flow.
• Prepare documentation for FTZ area extension and participation in the FTZ commissioning process.
• Ensures data entry, file maintenance and storage, and document reproduction and distribution meet company and legal standards via the appropriate checklists and approvals

Qualification:

• College degree or above, Majoring in International Trade, Logistics, Economics, etc
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customs, law and logistics-related jobs (e.g. import and export customs clearance, free trade zone law, and procedures)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and patient

Knowledge & Skills:

• International Trade, logistics, customs compliance, and accounting knowledge
• Free trade zone legislative and procedures knowledge
• Good skill in using OFFICE software and other IT software
• Good organizing, coordination, optional solutions providing, and problem-solving ability
• Cross-culture communication skills, coordination ability, and teamwork spirit
