What You Will Be Working On

As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will be involved throughout the full game development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and develop mathematical models for casino games, including RTP, volatility, and overall game behavior
  • Create mathematical concepts for original titles, both for digital and land-based games
  • Produce clear and detailed mathematical documentation (math models, game logic)
  • Test and validate game outcomes using Excel, simulations, and internal tools
  • Support development teams with mathematical insights and ensure accuracy throughout production

Must-Haves

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic programming knowledge (C++, C#, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar)
  • Experience working with real-money casino games
