Purpose of the position:
The GEELY Sales & Network Manager is responsible for the sales department of NON-EU countries, including functions of Network Development & Management, Product Management and Logistic and Distribution. The Sales & Network Manager makes sure that activities are planned and implemented to ensure maximum GEELY share in the relevant segments and markets of the NON-EU region. The Sales & Network Manager also ensures that sales performance is in line with agreed targets, through motivation of dealers and GEELY ADRIA sales staff. The Sales & Network Manager must ensure that plans are in place to follow GEELY International Overseas guidelines and procedures, and ensure a good professional relation to the GEELY International Overseas Team.
Main roles & responsibilities:
- Drive dealers to achieve markets sales objectives by following Commercial guidelines and implementing GEELY standards
- Monitor and maintain pipeline of cars to ensure that GEELY is in a position to fulfil agreed targets
- Preparing product & pricing strategy for NON-EU markets
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly actual and planned sales.
- Organize trainings prescribed by GEELY but also suggest and add valuable trainings outside prescribed ones
- Find opportunities in term of dealers, customers, market development
- Grow Market Share within the NON-EU region by driving new car retail sales
- Establish a sound strategy to increase dealer and Brand loyalty throughout the Area
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with GEELY and Dealer
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly actual and planned sales. Communicate results and reports on a planned and regular basis, to maximize NON-EU markets performance
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures and adapts GEELY Int. policy to region
- Be part of Management group of GEELY ADRIA, and contribute to the general achievement of yearly targets for GEELY ADRIA
- Be part of Management group of GEELY ADRIA, and contribute to developing the long-term strategy of the company.
We want to cooperate with you and are looking for:
- University degree in business preferable, but not obligatory
- Senior management experience from automotive sales management
- Deep knowledge of all 8 markets in the region, and good communication in English and Serbian/Croatian language oral as well as written
- High level of understanding as to sales management, and general understanding of all profit centers in the automotive business
- Excellent command of written Slovene, Croatian and English with copy accuracy
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office computer programs
- Ability to work in a team
- Driving license B category
