Global Customer Quality Engineer

Subotica

Duties and responsibilities:

• Drive the qualification of new prototypes while managing all customer-specific certificates and project milestones
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers on all quality-related issues, maintaining professional and transparent communication
• Facilitate customer audits at all locations and manage the subsequent tracking of deviations and required measures
• Manage and support complaints using the 8D methodology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk analyses and strengthen our preventive quality management systems

Expectations:

• University degree in a technical field or an equivalent professional qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality/Technology of electric motors, generators, or the automotive industry
• Knowledge of 8D and APQP methodology
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced computer literacy, SAP experience is an advantage
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in working with other cultures will be a plus
• Proactive, outgoing personality
