Role Purpose

The Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for designing and governing PWO’s global supply chain planning and orchestration framework.

This role defines how the supply chain is planned, steered and orchestrated at a global level.
Operational execution remains with local logistics and operations management.

Strategic Supply Chain Planning & Design

• Define and steer the global Supply Chain Excellence roadmap across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver
• Design strategic supply chain network and planning model architectures
• Develop S&OP / IBP as steering and decision‑making frameworks, not as operational planning tools
• Build scenario‑based planning and trade‑off models

Digital Enablement & Orchestration

• Define target concepts for analytics, control towers and orchestration platforms
• Translate strategic requirements into clear inputs for IT and operations
• Ensure architectural consistency across regions and functions

• This role does not perform hands‑on system configuration
• Execution is owned by logistics and operations teams

Required Profile (angepasst)

• Proven experience in building supply chain planning or governance models in a brown field
• Strong strategic planning and design mindset
• Ability to operate as architect and orchestrator, not as operator
