We are looking for: Group Leader IT Service, Support, Delivery Novi Sad YOUR TASKS WILL BE: - Responsible for the successful operation of service and support provision, including planning, coordination, and management of all relevant teams in areas such as: infrastructure, service desk, application management, field services (local IT administrators) to facilities, functions, and departments of the company
- Overseeing and creating relevant documents, presentations, and reports (KPIs, operational reports) for IT, BMTS management, and internal/external audits
- Accountable for the functioning of business systems, including providing adequate service support (incident management, change management, project management, and problem management)
- Coordination of global IT activities across facilities, functions, and teams, and acting as the operational Point of Contact (PoC) for all relevant stakeholders and departments
- Continuous development, enhancement, and upgrading of business information systems, ERP, MES, CAK, etc., and interfaces with external parties/systems
- Collaboration with external partners, consultants, and responsible officers in executing these activities
- Improvement and cooperation in processes between departments that support or influence IT
- Monitoring and tracking business parameters and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with corporate and IT strategies and goals
- Coordinating compliance initiatives together with responsible persons in Infrastructure, ERP, etc.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU: - Minimum Level VI qualification – technical education or degree from a technical university, ideally with a focus on information technology, computer science, or software engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with 3 years in a team leader role
- Experience in strategic and operational projects/activities, experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: IT service support; IT service delivery; IT project management; IT business engagement
- Proficiency in English
- Problem-solving techniques, decision-making, root cause analysis
- Strong people management skills, coaching abilities
- Certification in a technical field (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) is a plus
