Job title: Group Treasurer (m/f/d)
Department: Group Finance/Treasury
Reporting Line: Director Group Finance and Accounting
Location: Čačak, Serbia
As Group Treasurer (m/f/d) within our Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for managing and further developing the Group’s treasury activities across all entities. You ensure sufficient liquidity at all times, optimize financial risks, and act as a key interface to banks, internal stakeholders, and management. Your work contributes directly to the financial stability and strategic flexibility of the Group.
Your responsibilities encompass:
- Monitor the Group’s liquidity position and take full responsibility for short- and mid-term liquidity planning as well as daily cash management, including minimum reserve disposition
- Prepare consolidated cash forecasts and continuously improve cash planning processes
- Create management reports and perform ad-hoc financial analyses for senior management
- Act as the central contact for banks regarding financing structures, credit lines, and rating-related topics
- Execute and monitor derivative transactions for interest rate and foreign exchange hedging in line with Group policies
- Ensure the financing needs of all Group entities through intercompany loans and/or local internal credit facilities
- Manage and further develop the Group’s foreign exchange and interest rate management, including the implementation and continuous enhancement of hedging policies
- Develop and maintain planning tools for net financial debt to support the steering of key financial ratios
- Contribute to the standardization and optimization of treasury processes within the Shared Service Center environment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, completed banking education with relevant professional development, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally first professional experience in Treasury or Finance within an internationally operating company or a bank.
- Solid accounting knowledge under HGB and IAS/IFRS.
- Strong numerical skills combined with a high level of responsibility and accuracy.
- Structured, independent, and analytical working style with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience with SAP and/or Bellin tm5 is an advantage.
- Very good command of English, written and spoken (minimum B1 level).
