“Kačar Design” Company from Temerin is hiring a communicative, goal-oriented person for the position of Growth Marketing Specialist. This is an in-person position with the work being done inside the office in Temerin with the working hours in accordance with the USA EST time zone.  

Job Description:

As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will lead and manage the marketing department, ensuring efficient marketing growth, envisioning new strategy ideas, and tracking and optimizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify website management: day-to-day updates (PDPs, landing pages, merchandising, promos/offers, pricing), strategy support
• CRO/UX direction + execution: coordinate with dev/design to ship site improvements + basic tracking QA
• Tracking & reporting: keep GA4/pixels/UTMs clean; sanity-check attribution
• Launch & promo cadence: own the marketing calendar and execute launches across website, email, and ads
• Email & lifecycle: build/optimize key flows + run weekly campaigns
• Segmentation: maintain core segments (new vs returning, B2B vs B2C, high-intent/engagement)
• Paid media: manage Google/Meta performance with ongoing testing; report CAC/ROAS/MER
• Nice-to-have: support Amazon/Wayfair basics (listings/catalog hygiene/promos/ads)

Qualifications:

Skills & Competencies:

• English – B2 Level
• Strong ecommerce funnel understanding + performance mindset
• Hands-on executor (ships weekly, QA’s details, follows through)
• Aligns offer + messaging + landing page (ad → page → checkout)
• Runs simple experiments and learns fast
• Solid project coordination + cross-functional communication
• Data fluent (GA4 + ad metrics) and prioritizes what moves revenue
