Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: EUR 2500 – 2800 (depending on experience)
• Possibility of negotiating a winter salary
• New accommodation 250 m from the hotel
• Two meals per day
• 50% discount on food and drinks from the hotel menu

Job Description

• Leading and organizing the work of the kitchen team on a daily basis
• Creating and developing menus in line with the hotel concept and guest expectations
• Supervising food preparation and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
• Planning kitchen operations, shifts, and task distribution within the team
• Managing food ordering, supplier communication, and kitchen inventory
• Controlling food costs, portion sizes, and minimizing waste
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
• Training, mentoring, and motivating kitchen staff
• Coordinating with restaurant management to ensure efficient service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen
