About Pathway:
Pathway (www.pathwayport.com) is a B2B SaaS platform helping insurance brokerages automate client communication, improve retention, and drive revenue growth. We work with agencies across Canada, the US, UK, and Germany. 
We are growing and looking for a Head of Marketing to build and scale our pipeline engine.

The Role

This is a revenue-focused leadership role.


Your mission is to:

  • Build a predictable pipeline engine
  • Drive qualified opportunities for sales
  • Turn marketing into a measurable growth driver

You will work directly with the CEO and sales team to define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Own
  • Marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Channel strategy (outbound, inbound, partnerships, events)
  • Messaging and positioning
  • Campaign strategy and execution
  • Marketing analytics (CAC, conversion rates, ROI)
  • CRM and marketing automation strategy (HubSpot)
  • Building and managing marketing resources over time
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
  • Clear ICP and messaging aligned with sales
  • Audit of current marketing performance and gaps
  • Launch 2–3 scalable pipeline-generation initiatives
  • Improved lead → demo conversion
  • Clear reporting on marketing performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation
  • Track record of generating pipeline and revenue
  • Strong understanding of MQL and SQL alignment
  • Strong understanding of outbound + inbound strategies
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Comfortable being hands-on (this is not a purely strategic role)
