Health&Safety and Environment Specialist

What we will expect from you:

• Identifying risk factors and assessing risks in the workplace and work environment;
• Analyzing current conditions, preparing reports, and maintaining records in the areas of occupational health and safety, as well as environmental protection;
• Raising employee awareness of the importance of implementing preventive measures for safe and healthy working conditions and environmental protection;
• Participating in the preparation of risk assessment acts, waste management plans, procedures, and other related documentation;
• Cooperating with external partners in the fields of occupational health and safety and environmental protection;
• Monitoring workplace injuries, participating in determining their root causes, preparing workplace injury reports, and cooperating with competent authorities in this area;
• Implementing requirements in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
• Performing all other duties of the Occupational Health and Safety Advisor, as well as other tasks within personal capacity, as requested by the manager.

For a good start you will need:

• Higher education degree in technical-technological or related fields, in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, or closely related areas;
• Passed professional certification exam confirming practical qualification to perform occupational health and safety duties;
• Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in the same or similar roles;
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken);
• Category B driver’s license — active driver;
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work independently;
• Previous work experience in the telecommunications industry is considered an advantage.
