Job Purpose:

As HR Administration Coordinator your job purpose is to assure the management of the entire process of employment, modification, suspension and termination of the activity and employee relation topics.

Your Key Responsibilities are to:

  • Management of the entire process of employment, modification, suspension and termination of the activity;
  • Management of the flow of documents necessary for drawing up, modifying and terminating the individual employment contract;
  • Management of the employee database and its up-to-date updating, according to personnel changes;
  • Assumes the End to end processing of company payroll & bonuses including collection and verification of payroll data, payroll processing,  payroll claims handling, calculation of the payroll records related to book keeping, payroll taxes and social security.
  • Implements the compensation & benefit policy in line with Coficab’s strategy and business goals. Recommends imprvements and updates based on the local market developments. Implements and monitor the company benefit program.
  • Operation of all the changes made to employee lifecycle respecting the legal and internal procedure compliance;
  • Process management regarding disciplinary investigations in accordance with the internal procedure and legal compliance;
  • Preparation of various certificates/reports/situations/records specific to the HR department.
  • HR Reports.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree Human Resources, Economics, Law

Required Experience:

  • 2- 3 years preferably on similar position

Language & Software skills:

  • English, Local Professional Language, MS Office -Excel,
