We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a wide range of HR activities, from administration to employee support and HR operations.
What you will do
HR Administration & Employee Records
- Manage daily HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
- Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments (annexes)
- Register and deregister employees in line with legal requirements
- Provide sick leave and other employee data to payroll
- Prepare HR reports and support audits
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Own the full recruitment cycle: advertise vacancies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate selection, and manage onboarding
- Coordinate offboarding processes and exit interviews
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support managers with day-to-day employee relations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and handbooks
- Prepare employment certificates and other confirmations upon request
Benefits & Vendor Management
Administer employee benefits and liaise with external vendors
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Admin or HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of Serbian labor law
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience managing HR for 100+ employees is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing environment
