HR Associate
Your Role
You will manage HR documentation, candidate records, and visa/work permit processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and full control of employee lifecycle data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain candidate and employee data in Manatal ATS
- Prepare and control visa and work permit documentation
- Verify and manage contracts, personal documents, and HR records
- Track application statuses, expiries, and onboarding processes
- Ensure full documentation compliance and audit readiness
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Legal, Payroll, and Operations teams
- Generate HR reports and flag risks or inconsistencies
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, immigration, or workforce operations
- Experience with ATS systems (Manatal preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage large volumes of documentation
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
