HR Business Partner

Job Objective: The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to management, actively contributing to business development through effective human resources management. In this role, the individual aligns business objectives with HR strategy, provides support to managers across all HR processes, and ensures that the organizational culture, employee development, and processes support the company’s long-term goals.

Main duties (job description):

  • Provides advisory support to managers in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
  • Actively participates in defining and implementing HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifies the needs of business units and proposes HR solutions that enhance productivity and employee engagement.
  • Participates in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
  • Coordinates performance evaluation and career planning processes.
  • Provides support in employee relations and ensures compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Analyses HR data (turnover, engagement, absences, labor costs) and recommends improvement measures.
  • Collaborates with other HR functions (recruitment, development, compensation, administration) to ensure consistent HR practices.
  • Promotes the organizational culture and company values.

Accountabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
  • Experience in supporting management, employee development, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with management.
  • Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on deadlines.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is an advantage.
  • Language Skills.
  • English: Upper-intermediate to proficiency level (written and spoken).
