As a company grows, it’s not enough for HR to be simply "correct," hardworking, and efficient. It needs to become a clear, stable, and reliable system that the organization can lean on when headcount, complexity, and pressure begin to increase significantly. That is why we need an HR Manager to lead the HR team and integrate people operations, personnel administration, daily HR activities, and strategy execution into a single function that truly supports a scale-up.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to maintain current processes and handle daily requests. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to establish a way of working that has clear logic, a good rhythm, and real practical utility. The essence of this role is not just for HR to be "tidy," but to become strong enough to carry the company's next growth phase, provide better support to managers, and ensure that important initiatives don't remain just "good intentions" but actually come to life through daily operations.
What Awaits You
- Leading people operations and personnel administration to ensure they are accurate, stable, and ready for a higher volume of work.
- Establishing a clear way of working within the HR function, including rules, routines, responsibilities, and tracking of essential daily operations.
- Leading the HR team, directing priorities, allocating focus, and helping the function operate as a cohesive unit rather than a collection of separate activities.
- Connecting HR data, records, and basic reports to make them more reliable and actionable for decision-making.
- Collaborating with Finance and other functions to ensure definitions, records, and key “people data” are aligned and sustainable.
- Executing strategy through concrete priorities, work rhythms, and systemic steps, rather than just isolated initiatives.
- Setting and improving core HR standards, rules, and processes designed to withstand the next phase of growth.
- Acting as a key pillar of support for managers when people-related issues need to be resolved with more clarity, consistency, and structure.
- Ensuring organizational development and changes don’t just stay on paper but are integrated into daily work.
- Building a function capable of supporting a serious scale-up without unnecessary improvisation or over-reliance on a few individuals.
Your Foundations
- A company that already has a solid foundation to build upon.
- An existing HR team that needs further strengthening, connection, and direction.
- The space to set things up ‘the right way’ rather than just maintaining the status quo.
- Direct collaboration with management, Finance, and other key functions.
- A role with real impact – because without a stable HR system, the next phase of growth quickly becomes harder, slower, and more expensive than it needs to be.
Your Profile
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy bringing order, connecting multiple parts of a system, and turning good intentions into a clear way of working. You likely have significant HR experience – not just being “near” processes, but actually leading, improving, and keeping them under control. You understand the difference between an HR function that works “fine” for today’s scale and one that can withstand a much more demanding growth phase.
We need a person who can combine operational discipline, strong organization, people skills, and strategy execution. It is not enough to know HR definitions by heart, it is more important to know how to turn them into a system that functions in a real environment, with real deadlines, real problems, and real pressure.
What You Will Also Get
- A very important and visible role at the moment the company prepares for a major growth phase.
- The opportunity to lead a function that directly impacts the stability, clarity, and quality of daily work and the final product.
- The space to shape how HR functions, rather than just stepping into a pre-defined framework.
- Working close to the decisions, the management, and the issues that truly matter.
- A role where the footprint of your work is visible through the system, the people, and the quality of support the organization receives.
- A serious professional challenge and ample room for further development.
Important for This Role
Like all positions in our company directly linked to operations and core systems, this role is on-site. We need a person who wants to be close to the people, the processes, and the real challenges, as a function like this cannot be led from a distance.
