HR Manager - SENIOR RECRUITER

Location: Kragujevac, Mind Park

If you are a professional recruiter with years of experience in full cycle mass recruitment, your place is with us and your success is guaranteed with the organization that operates for more than decade.

The successful candidate must have minimum:

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Serbian languages – both written and spoken.
• Ideally 2 - 4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. Experience in recruiting across the entire organization is most ideal. Experience in hiring sales talent would be an added advantage.
• Strong track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the companies scaling needs.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and ability to recognize exceptional sales people.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• A growth mind-set. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change, and do so quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
