HR Specialist - Analyst

We are looking for HR Specialist – Analyst who likes using reporting tips and tricks to leverage workforce data and industry trends to help business make data-driven decisions.

As HR Specialist - Analyst in our Back Office – HR team you will be:

• Supporting operations across on-boarding, off-boarding and data administration.
• Preparing precise and timely payroll inputs in collaboration with the HR and Payroll team.
• Improving and assessing HRIS by suggesting optimization to create reports for data-driven decisions.
• Collecting, evaluating and analyzing HR data, including but not limited to turnover, attendance, employee satisfaction, cost-per-hire, etc.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as needed on HR data to support insights and audits.
• Establishing and implementing a personal quality control system by setting up regular self-check routines, progress tracking, and periodic reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of work outcomes.

About You

• You have at least one year of relevant experience in people operations, with focus on HR administration, reporting and analysis.
• You hold bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or relevant experience.
• You have advanced knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel, which makes you feel comfortable creating complex reports, analysis and presentations.
• Your knowledge of Power BI will be considered as advantage.
• Your knowledge of payroll inputs will be considered as advantage.
• Your knowledge of Navision or People Force will be considered as an advantage
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and enjoy working with data and people.
• You have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have an intermediate level of English language, allowing communication and reports writing related to job tasks.
