HR Specialist - France Support

Full system and administrative support Internal and External training and retraining organization for Blue and White Collars in France (including legal documents, certificates, etc.). Training organization coordination - monitoring, follow-up, communication with providers (external - Aftral, Proinsec and internal - OFTL), FR National HR Talent Development team and Finance, through emails and intern systems. ACON finance system - Maintaining – validating and filing training invoices and opening a supplier account. Supporting France HR Team by maintaining Global HR systems (reporting, PDM – onboarding, offboarding, Welcome@KN, Sharepoint, SAP), creating documents and being the first level support for FR local HR Systems (Ammon). SAP (Success Factor) – Learning and Recruiting module (Part of Recruitment process – Job posting). Payroll and other various document archiving (BVRH system). Assisting with day to day HR operations and various ad-hoc tasks.
