HR Specialist (Visas & Work Permits)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist for Visas and Work Permits, responsible for the full administration of visas and work permits for our Chinese employees. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while providing support to our international staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire process of obtaining and renewing visas and work permits for Chinese employees
• Registering and deregistering employees with relevant authorities, including visits to police stations and other governmental institutions
• Ensuring timely submission and accuracy of all necessary documentation for visa and work permit applications
• Collaborating with other departments (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth processes
• Acting as the main point of contact with government agencies regarding visa and permit matters
• Maintaining records and tracking the status of all visas and work permits
• Assisting employees with any issues related to their legal work and residency status

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably with a focus on visas and work permits
• Strong knowledge of local immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in English 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with government agencies and internal teams
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
