MN89INC: Company with experience in transportation on the territory of USA is looking for: HR Specialist to work in Belgrade.

In this newly created role, you will report to the HR Manager and your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Implement recruiting plan and activities
  • Organize and coordinate selection and assessment processes according to the relevant policies and standards
  • Participate in employer branding activities and HR projects
  • Organize and deliver induction program for new employees
  • Coordinate On-The-Job training
  • Provide logistics support in the training plan implementation
  • Update and maintain a training database
  • Support in conducting employee surveys
  • Support employees in HR relevant topics
  • Suggest improvements in delegated areas of HR business

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Social Science)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection is obligatory (preferable in some trucking companies)
  • Insight into the local labor market is preferred
  • Proactive, creative, and imaginative
  • Strong in communication and presentation skills
  • Oriented to details
  • Advance in English and MS Office
