About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support our HR operations, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. This role requires an analytical, people-oriented, and process-driven professional who can contribute to building a strong HR foundation within a fast-growing automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Metrics
- Monitor and manage key HR indicators, including labor cost ratio, productivity, overtime levels, and turnover rate.
- Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy of HR reports and analytics.
Organization Management
- Review organizational structure, enhance efficiency, and propose optimization measures.
- Support job analysis, job design, and headcount planning based on business needs.
Talent Management
- Conduct talent reviews and succession planning activities.
- Support key employee development, internal promotions, and performance calibration.
- Coordinate and improve onboarding processes for new employees.
Culture Management
- Assist in promoting company culture aligned with strategic and operational goals.
- Support communication initiatives and engagement activities that strengthen workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Coordinate goal-setting, quarterly/annual performance reviews, and improvement plans.
- Ensure alignment of performance outcomes with business objectives and employee development.
Compensation Management
- Support annual labor cost planning and budgeting.
- Assist in salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, and annual salary adjustments.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee communication, support investigations, and manage labor-related matters.
- Build trust by maintaining transparent, consistent, and compliant employee relations practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment (manufacturing industry advantage)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving approach
- English language proficiency;
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
