Description:
- To coordinate the work of the HVAC sub-contractor with the others disciplines,
- To manage the production of the sub-contractor in terms of deadlines and deliverables,
- To be able to analyze the HVAC design and the technical documents and to propose solutions,
- To report to the Construction Manager and to work in coordination with all the Design Team,
- To be able to produce short calculation notes, analysis and technical support documents for the Client,
- To participate to the process of equipment selection, price study and construction preparation activities,
- To manage the construction activity on site in relation with HVAC works, and to be able to supervise Team work,
- To follow and apply the company HQSE plan and all procedures related to the project activity.
Requirements:
VI / VII level degree, mechanical engineering, or other appropriate, 3 years of work experience in the same or similar work, technical knowledge, IT (knowledge of and/or experience with Word, Excel, AutoCAD, general building analysis software, energy management software), familiarity with regulatory standards, knowledge of English language.
