HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor to oversee mechanical works on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HVAC activities comply with design documentation, Serbian building codes, and quality standards while coordinating effectively with the project team and subcontractors.

​Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC works in accordance with design documentation and building permits
• Ensure all HVAC activities comply with Serbian building codes and project requirements
• Collaborate with the design team to monitor design progress and support design optimization
• Maintain quality assurance, including quality control inspections and reporting according to technical specifications
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality work
• Perform all responsibilities assigned to the Technical Supervisor as needed

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Experience as a Construction Supervisor, Designer, or Contractor on large-scale, complex industrial or real estate projects
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Demonstrated project and team management skills
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
