Image consultant / Uniform Specialist

We are looking for an Image Consultant / Uniform Specialist who will help maintain our brand’s appearance standards through employee styling guidance and effective uniform management.

In this role, you will support employees with grooming and styling advice while also managing uniforms, inventory, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and guidance to employees on makeup, hairstyle, and overall appearance
• Manage uniform inventory, sizing, issuing, exchanges, repairs, and makeup tools
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Support the development and quality control of new uniforms
• Cooperate with Operations and Marketing during events, promotions, and photo/video sessions

Requirements

• English B2–C1
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Jira or Confluence is a plus
• Background in makeup, hairstyling, tailoring, or a similar field is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
