Image consultant / Uniform Specialist

We are looking for a Image consultant/Uniform Specialist who will ensure the highest appearance standards across uniforms, makeup, hairstyle, and personal presentation. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent and professional brand image by supporting employees with guidance, training, and proper uniform management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure department appearance standards are consistently maintained across makeup, hairstyle, uniforms, and personal presentation
• Provide hands-on consultation and training to employees to maintain a professional, brand-aligned look
• Conduct daily audits of staff appearance, provide coaching and constructive feedback for improvement
• Create look books and quick-reference guides with approved day/evening looks and role-specific standards
• Organize workshops and training sessions with internal or external specialists
• Manage the full lifecycle of uniforms and makeup items through ticketing systems or request forms (issuance, returns, repairs)
• Coordinate uniform sizing, fittings, ordering, labeling, issuing, exchanges, and alterations
• Ensure proper laundering and cleaning processes (internal or with vendors) and perform quality checks
• Coordinate tailoring services and ensure timely completion
• Support new hire onboarding with appearance orientation, fittings, and starter kit distribution:
  -Conduct makeup shade-matching sessions and prepare personal makeup kits
  -Provide instructions on uniform care and repair/laundry services
  -Prepare documentation for uniform and makeup kit issuance
• Cooperate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other departments during events, promotions, and photo/video sessions
• Work closely with Operations and HR to ensure uniform availability for new hires and proper collection when employees leave
• Manage uniform and makeup inventory, including stock control, labeling, barcoding, and storage organization
• Maintain cosmetic hygiene standards, including single-use applicators, disinfecting tools, and proper storage of products
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable contract terms
• Participate in new uniform design development, including materials selection, supplier coordination, testing, and quality control
• Monitor and manage costs and budgets, including forecasting and tracking monthly and yearly spending
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in uniform management, fashion, styling, beauty
• Strong understanding of styling principles
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Experience working with vendors and suppliers is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
