In-House Paid Media Buyer (Facebook, Instagram, Google) - PPC Specialist

We’re looking for an in-house PPC specialist to join our team and take ownership of paid acquisition across multiple peptide-focused ventures, including a peptide app, a cosmetic peptide store, and an educational peptide platform.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing and scaling paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other high ROI channels
• Structuring and optimizing accounts for multiple brands under one ecosystem
• Testing angles, messaging, and funnels in regulated and semi-restricted niches
• Monitoring performance daily and making fast, data-driven decisions
• Supporting launches, promotions, and evergreen acquisition
• Maintaining account health, compliance, and long-term scalability
• Using AI tools to create high converting statics, UGC and other ad related content 
• Optionally working with designers to brief, test, and iterate creatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing live ad accounts
• Proven experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads other high ROI channels
• Comfort working with real budgets and real performance pressure, and making necessary adjustments in real time based on performance
• Strong understanding of core metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CAC)
• Experience or interest in regulated / restricted niches (health, wellness, supplements, medical, etc.)
• In-house mindset: ownership, accountability, and long-term thinking
• Ability to explain why something worked or didn’t
• Experience or interest in building high converting funnels, listicles and advertorials
