In-Process Quality Inspector

Reports to: Inspection Leader
Work Type: Full-time, shift work

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular patrol inspections on production lines according to inspection frequency and control plan. 
2. Monitor key process parameters and ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOP). 
3. Check product quality during production (dimensions, appearance, defects, labeling, packaging). 
4. Report abnormalities immediately and support containment actions. 
5. Issue nonconformity reports and follow up corrective actions with production teams. 
6. Support first piece inspection (FAI) and process change verification. 
7. Ensure traceability records are completed correctly. 
8. Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities. 
9. Assist in quality training for production operators when necessary. 

Requirements:

1. Secondary school diploma (Level IV or above, technical background preferred). 
2. Experience in manufacturing inspection / quality control is an advantage. 
3. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments. 
4. Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required. 
5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. 
6. English is required. 

Others:

We also have an entry-level inspector position with lower requirements. The salary level will be slightly lower, but we can provide full training. If you are ambitious and willing to grow with the company, there will be a strong opportunity for promotion.
