We are currently looking for an Industrialization Manager

REQIREMENTS

• Mandatory: university degree (faculty of mechanical engineering, faculty of electrical engineering, faculty of organizational sciences or related disciplines)
• Desirable working experience in similar jobs for at least 3 years (in the automotive industry, in multinational companies)
• Experience in developing local suppliers of tools and equipment
• Knowledge of the principles of LEAN production
• Knowledge of PFMEA (Advanced knowledge, able to train others)
• Knowledge of APQP (Advanced product quality plan) or CPIP (Customer project implementation process)
• Development and design of tools, product design
• Knowledge of the basics of budgeting
• Knowledge of the safety features of the product
• Knowledge of special customer requirements
• Knowledge of the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 17025, TISAX (or 27001), current version
• Excellent computer knowledge of MS office
• Language - Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Performs activities and duties in accordance with the requirements of the standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5000, TISAX (ie 27001) and valid procedures, instructions, instructions and the Rules of Procedure of the integrated system in order to achieve the satisfaction of customers and other interested parties
• Guarantees the production process capacity of the Ruma factory
• Responsible for technical development and technological improvement of managed production processes;
• In the initial phase of work: work on each process and machine within production to approve the process and machine
• Working on machines in the initial phase and testing each work process and solving major problems
• Testing of pre-production pieces within production for assurance and validation of pieces and process approval
• Proposes solutions for optimizing devices, methods and production processes;
• Coordinates the development of new production processes and new devices and is responsible for their timely implementation
• Defines, together with management and technical management, investment plans for production processes and equipment and is responsible for their management;
• Is a technical expert in the engineering department and plant processes
• Participates in process / product innovations and modifications
• It is responsible for the industrialization sector to comply with established rules
• Plans and defines the necessary resources;
• Supervision of change management in the field of industrialization / modification;
• Consults with management, engineers and other personnel regarding production capacity, production plan and other matters of importance for organizing a smooth production process
• Escalates problems and requests support from the organization;
• Work in accordance with the budget planned for projects;
• Implementation of measures for safe and healthy work, compliance with regulations on safety and health at work and fire protection, as well as regulations on environmental protection and information security
