As the company’s Shared Service Center in Novi Sad continues to grow, we are looking for a sales-driven professional to take on the role of  Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Leader and serve as the primary commercial contact for Segment C customers. You will manage the quotation lifecycle, drive customer follow-ups, and ensure commercial excellence. This role requires a strong sales mindset and the ability to balance relationship-building with KPI ownership.

More specifically, you will:

  • Serve as the main commercial contact for Segment C customers, managing RFQs, enquiries, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate pricing, contract approvals, and internal processes to ensure data accuracy in CRM and NORMA System
  • Support key customer negotiations and contribute to commercial strategy and KPI tracking
  • Lead pricing reviews, profitability monitoring, and identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities

What qualifications should you have to be successful in this role?

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive industry is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Swedish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools
