We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Inventory Specialist to join our Team in Serbia to ensure we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time.

About the Job

As an Inventory Specialist, you will work closely with Inventory Managers, planners, logistics, and commercial teams to support daily inventory performance and long‑term optimization. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory parameters, monitoring stock levels, and supporting replenishment and planning decisions with accurate data and insights.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Calculate and review safety stock levels based on demand, lead times, and service targets
• Maintain inventory parameters (min/max levels, reorder points, days of supply) in planning systems
• Monitor inventory performance and act on deviations from targets
• Support replenishment planning with accurate data and recommendations
• Analyze overstock and understock situations and propose corrective actions
• Prepare inventory reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Align inventory targets with forecasts, supply constraints, and service requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of inventory processes, tools, and data quality

About You

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional who brings the following:

• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or similar operational roles
• Proficiency in English for effective communication in a global environment
• Solid understanding of inventory management fundamentals (safety stock, reorder points, service levels)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand demand and supply variability
• Experience working with ERP or planning systems
• Strong Excel or data analysis tool skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
