IP Admin Senior Analyst

We’re looking for an IP Admin Senior Analyst to join our IP Service Operations team in Belgrade, supporting the end‑to‑end trademark lifecycle in a dynamic, international environment. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• A minimum of one year of experience in a client-facing administrative role

It would be great if you also had . . .  

• Familiarity with Argos renewal management
• Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent
• Working experience and analytical skills to assess data and identify opportunities for performance enhancement, ensuring the highest level of service quality.
• Advance in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Assisting clients by facilitating smoother processes for docketing, filing, managing, and enforcing intellectual property rights across different jurisdictions by utilising their knowledge of IP rights and the international systems for their protection.
• Managing the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing patent and trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity.
• Prioritizing docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders.  
• Preparing and filing documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Liaising with international associates to manage foreign filings and prosecution activities.
• Support administrative tasks related to patent and trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures.
• Support the new members within the team with process training, providing query support, and performing quality checks.

Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
