YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and optimize IP network infrastructure, services, and technologies.
Plan and perform preventive network maintenance, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and timely resolution of network issues.
Continuously improve network performance, reliability, and service quality.
Open, track, and manage support tickets with equipment vendors and partners.
Implement and enforce network security policies, procedures, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage.
Basic knowledge of networking protocols and technologies used in ISP environments (such as MPLS, IS-IS, PIM, BGP, LACP, and LAN technologies).
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a technical field.
Good command of the English language.

Detail-oriented with a focused and structured approach to work
Eagerness to stay up to date with industry trends, networking technologies, and protocols

CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:

Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP Routing & Switching certification
Experience working in an ISP environment
Experience with Linux operating systems
