About team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job DescriptionOur team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team. ►You will be responsible for the implementation of FMEA in IT/Digital projects ►You will support the PT FMEA Coordinator in distributing information, news & changes to respective engineering teams ►You will be main contact for FMEA activities for IT/Digital initiatives at PT ►You will be FMEA moderator for IT/Digital initiatives at PT ►You will be responsible for the formal and methodical correct execution of FMEA ►You will as FMEA moderator have the authority to cancel an FMEA meeting if pre-requisites are not met ►You will during FMEA creation, support interdisciplinary teams and guide them methodically. | QualificationsWho you are: ►You have 5-7 years of experience in IT & SW Product Development ►You have Masters Degree in IT (preferred) ►You have practical experience in programming & project management ►You have IT FMEA experience (preferred) ►You have Risk Management experience ►You have structured and methodical approach to getting things done, with an affinity to quality & details ►You have curious personality and interest in finding potential areas that can be improved (forensic detective type) ►You have excellent communication skills ►You have ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience ►You have knowledge of German (preferred) and English ►You have moderation experience and peoples pers You would be a perfect match for our team if: ►You are eager to work with the newest technologies ►You are proactive and you adapt easily to a new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other ►You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects ►You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally ►You take ownership of projects and tasks ►You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges |
