IT Help Desk Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide technical support to both new and existing clients, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring they can effectively use company applications and systems. You will work with a variety of tools for client management, onboarding, and field operations, supporting a distributed user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Assist clients and employees with onboarding, setup, and account management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain documentation of support interactions and system configurations.
• Support the management of IT assets, software installations, and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS systems; familiarity with productivity tools (MS Office, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic networking knowledge, VPN setup, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
