Our client, an international software company, is expanding and opening a Help Desk position within a new and growing team based in our New Belgrade office.
In this role, you will provide technical support to both new and existing clients, helping them successfully use the company’s applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system usage. You will work with a variety of client management, onboarding, and field operations tools, supporting a distributed international user base and collaborating closely with a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Assist clients and employees with onboarding, setup, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of support interactions and system configurations.
- Support the management of IT assets, software installations, and system updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS systems; familiarity with productivity tools (MS Office, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic networking knowledge, VPN setup, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
