We are looking for:

IT intern who will support our IT team in their daily tasks. The duration of the internship is 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Tasks

• Maintaining end-user relationships with IT and 3rd level support to eliminate hardware and software problems.
• Maintaining the efficiency of processing and transferring equipment, and providing service and system management.
• Install, configure, and administer the IT resources entrusted by your IT manager.
• Administration of entrusted IT resources, such as: - Storage - Standard Microsoft Office Products - Internal communication systems
• Installation and configuration of software related to the above mentioned systems
• Initial diagnosis of possible irregularities in the operation of IT systems
• Consultation and training of IT system users
• Providing the right level of hardware and software service
• Ensuring internal and external security of IT systems in accordance with the requirements of the security policy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree student
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solving ability in a rapidly changing environment
• Customer focused
• Knowledge of LAN computer networks desired
• Knowledge of PCs from the hardware side desired
• Knowledge of Office, Windows and Unix software desired
• English language – conversational level
